Meet the Terova Senior Living Team
Our team is the heart of the Terova mission – fearlessly urging us to reimagine the way people think about aging and pushing our whole community to live each day with passion and purpose.
Adrianne Stupar
Adrianne Stupar, executive director for Terova Senior Living, has over 15 years of senior living experience and a passion for running a smooth ship. She has always admired Marcus—when she heard Marcus was moving into senior living with Terova, she was excited to bring the hospitality and experience Marcus is known for to senior living, something she says this industry has been missing. When not at work, she has her hands full with her two boys, two cats, and a hyperactive bunny rabbit. She and her family love the outdoors and spending time at the lake.

Salvatore Cannizzo Sr.
Salvatore Cannizzo Sr., director of environmental services, can honestly say that he’s elevated facility maintenance to an art form. Salvatore’s background is a perfect match for his current role involving facility maintenance and repair. He spent over a decade as a pipe fitter and repairman for We Energies in Milwaukee. Salvatore’s experience as a residential and commercial painter allows him to express his artistic abilities. In additional to the regular types of basic painting work, he delights customers with free-hand mural work. Salvatore has been married to his high school sweetheart for over 20 years and has three children. Salvatore loves working with seniors at Terova because they remind him of being with his grandparents.
